We’re looking for hard-working, dependable and experienced installers. However, we also hire those with a serious interest in learning how to install commercial flooring systems. Pay is based on experience. All employees must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Oldsmar, Florida. Some of our projects are local while others require the crews to travel and be away 3 – 4 days at a time. It is not our policy to require overtime or to work nights or weekends, but sometimes it can’t be avoided in order to meet a client deadline.
